After several years of serving the DFW and Internet community, DogPack.com is transferring its business to Metro Pet Services. Metro Pet has over 70 years combined experience in the animal health, distribution, nutrition, and pet food industries.

You will now be able to order foods, treats, and supplements formerly available at DogPack.com from Metro Pet. Metro Pet offers four ways to place your order:

Metro Pet also offers free Dallas/Fort Worth delivery on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. If you have any questions about delivery schedules/times, MetroPet’s toll-free # is: 1-866-290-7387. Be sure that if you order frozen items that you either leave out a cooler with ice on your scheduled delivery day (if no one is going to be home) or that you purchase a cooler and ice on-line. If you are a local (Dallas/Fort Worth) customer and prefer to pick up your order, you can pick it up at MetroPet's Retail Location listed above.

While we at DogPack.com will miss the interaction with pets and their owners, we're gratified in knowing that the level of service and quality you've come to expect from us will continue. Metro Pet Services is committed to customer service and providing high quality dog and cat products, and we're sure you'll be satisfied with the transition.

The merging of product lines carried by Metro Pet Services and DogPack.com will give you more choices than ever before. In addition to the food, treat, and supplement lines currently carried by DogPack.com, you'll now have the additional following product lines: Canidae, Felidae, Chicken Soup, Natural Balance, Precise, Show Coat, Spot’s Stew, Strong Point, and Wellness.

Other exciting news concerns our non-consumables (toys, travel gear, training items, leashes). Because Metro Pet is primarily a food/treat/supplement based business, we are selling all of our remaining items at wholesale or less. What a great time to stock up for Christmas!!!! Since these will be closeout items – items are non-returnable and limited to supplies on hand. We have toys starting at 99 cents, Flexi Leashes starting at $5.99, angel ornaments for $3.99. Many of these items are being sold at less than our wholesale price!

We will really miss all of our wonderful customers but feel that Metro Pet Services is a great company and give them our full endorsement.
